Treasure Hunt *

When the weather is beautiful and the trees are blowing the right direction what happens?? Karla goes under the weather! Since Wednesday I have been feeling Blahh I missed going to one of my favorite artists concert Natasha B. and my Birthday slumber party!!!!

Right now I can sing it's my sickness and I can cry if I want to cry if I want to. Anybody feelin me?

I have rested and enjoyed my house more then ever these last few days by eating breakfast outside hanging out with family and resting by the pool. I have decided to get a Library card WOW a library card (sigh). I'm now old I thought I was tooo cool for that now I'm attracted to books and everything that my brain associates with them- coffee(starbucks of course), fruit, music, and candles.

This morning while I was doing my usual walk through the house trying to find someone, something, Tuffy, anything interesting really....I decided to go threw things cabinets that I have not opened in months maybe years since the last time I lived with my parents and I found treasures, tears, memories, and smiles. I found photos that brought me back to "old times" or stories that I have heard in the past.

I never realized how much my brother looked like my grandpa who passed away when I was 6 months old. I never realized how big my mom's hair was when I was 4 in the late 80's. I swear my dad looked like Elvis (really) smokin hot!! The list goes on and on. I'm glad I let myself be nosy today. I'm glad I'm "under the weather".

Today I found treasures in my home. When life goes by so fast it's easy to forget what you saw so frequent as a child.
